Terms of Service
Because you choose to use AGlobalGarden.com, a unique service of Creative Intuition, you agree that you are bound by the following terms and conditions, referred to as “Terms of Service.”
A Global Garden’s Basic Terms

All profiles are regulated to ensure only people of Peace, Love, and Happiness joins our online community.  
A Global Garden Profile’s and Social Networking are to be used solely for the purpose of spreading good deeds and good vibes across the world.
You may not use AGlobalGarden.com’s service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.  
Accounts used for business promotion, and other non-good deed activities are subject to termination without refund (at our sole discretions) of one the one time membership fee you previously paid.
Your account can be terminated if you threaten, harass, impersonate, abuse or intimidate other A Global Garden users.
-This includes posts to any page during any part of your experience on AGlobalGarden.com.
To become a paid member of A Global Garden’s Web Site you must be 13 years of age.  Anyone under 13 years of age must have parent permission to use AGlobalGarden.com and all of its services.  Please do not supply us with your information if you are under 13 years of age without parent permission, your profile will be deleted.
All activity that occurs under your membership and screen name is your responsibility.   
You are responsible for all of the following that occur under your account/profile; text, information, screen name, graphics, links, and any other forms of data or display on the A Global Garden.com Web Site.
Users in the international community agree to comply with all applicable local laws that relate to acceptable content and online conduct.
You may not create, submit or solicit unwanted emails/direct messages “Spam” to other members of A Global Garden.
During your use of A Global Garden, you must not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction (including yet not limited to copyright laws).
You may not adapt, modify or especially hack AGlobalGarden.com or other Web Sites, so as to imply that it is associated with AGlobalGarden.com.
Do not transmit worms, viruses or any destructive codes of any nature.

If you violate any of these basic terms of service, it will result in the termination of your AGlobalGarden.com account without refund of membership fees.  Although AGlobalGarden.com prohibits such conduct listed above relating to membership accounts/profiles and takes extreme measures to regulate such activity, A Global Garden cannot be responsible for the content posted on this Web Site.  With that said, you may be exposed to materials contrary to what we promote in our Terms of Service and you agree that you use AGlobalGarden.com’s Web Site service at your own convenience and risk.  If you become aware of a profile promoting something unrelated to good deeds, please email creativeintuition@mac.com; we will take necessary action to ensure our garden continues to always grow healthy.


General Conditions

A Global Garden reserves the right to terminate or modify the AGlobalGarden.com Terms of Service for any reason, without giving notice at any time.
A Global Tribe maintains an ‘open book’ policy in regards to the 50% of all profits from but not limited to memberships, products, etc.  Check the calendar of events page every few months to see the actual donation taking place.
All product sales are final.  Refunds are not the responsibility of AGlobalGarden.com, its services or governing body.  Refund requests are to be made at www.cafepress.com.

We can alter these Terms of Use at any time and we reserve the right to do so.  If our alterations produce a material change to the Terms of Use, you will be notified via the email address you provide when signing up for an account.  We determine at our sole discretion what a “material change” is, based in reasonable judgement and common sense.
We reserve the right, yet have no obligation, to remove and delete accounts and content which we determine, at our sole discretion, are unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, libelous or otherwise objectionable, or violates any other party’s intellectual property or A Global Garden’s Terms of Use.
In accordance with all applicable laws, we reserve the right to refuse AGlobalGarden.com and all its services to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
AGlobalGarden.com allows members to post images and content hosted on AGlobalGarden.com to outside websites.  This form of membership usage is accepted and encouraged.  Pages on other Web Sites, which display any kind of data hosted on AGlobalGarden.com must provide a link back to AGlobalGarden.com.
If a business or individual holds legal claim or trademark on a username, we reserve the right to reclaim that username on the behalf of the business or individual.  


Copyright (Who Gets What?)

We claim no intellectual property rights over the images and personal data you provide to the AGlobalGarden.com service.  We do claim intellectual property rights over the content you post to our Web Site relating to good deeds and acts of random kindness posts.
You can remove your profile at any time for any reason by deleting your account.  This will remove any personal data and images you provided and stored in our system.  Posts of good deeds and random acts of kindness will remain on the garden of good deeds page as long as AGlobalGarden.com Web Site and service exists.
We reserve the right to use your posts about good deeds and random acts of kindness for future sale, relating to but not limited to promotional materials, books, and other products and services relating to A Global Garden.
We encourage members and users to contribute creations to the public domain and also to consider progressive licensing terms.
A Global Garden will do its best to obey all relevant copyright laws and we will review all claims made to us regarding copyright infringement.  We will remove all content deemed to have been distributed or posted in violation of any such laws.  To make a claim: please provide the following information to A Global Garden
A statement that information being presented to us is accurate and under the penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
A statement by you which states that you have good faith reason and belief that use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A description of the infringing material and information, which is reasonably sufficient to permit A Global Garden to locate and remove the material if decision is in your favor.
A description of the copyrighted work, which is claimed to be been infringed.
An electronic signature or physical signature of the copyright owner, or the person authorized to act on the behalf of the copyright owner.
